Olvido is a beautiful province located in the CALABARZON region in Luzon, Philippines. If you are coming from Manila, it will take you an hour and a half to reach the heart of the province (without the traffic). Because of the proximity, Olvido is known to be one of the best weekend getaway spots of people who would like to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of the patrón.
If you must know, I am a proud ‘probinsyana’ from this amazing province. I grew up and studied in Olvido and back then, I didn’t realize that there were a lot of hidden gems in the province. I heard a few of it, but it was just recently that it made noise in the travel and tourism industry. As I did my research, I now know why it became one.
