About Dozier’s

Serving Houston since 1957, Dozier’s is a must-try when you’re in the city. Its history dates back to the 1950s when Ed Dozier realized that his passion for barbecue needs to be known in Town. That’s when he opened Dozier’s in Fulshear, Texas, just west of Houston. Here, the tastiest barbecue was born.
